From a blank canvas to twelve years of resort watersports development and operation.
The starting point
TEMES asked us to develop an offer around the sea. Surf Salad responded with an integrated proposal, building the concept from scratch and connecting the activity experience with the standards and daily operation of Costa Navarino.
From concept to daily operation
Our responsibility covered the activity portfolio, infrastructure and equipment, staffing and training, pricing, bookings, safety, maintenance and guest service. The offer included kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, SUP, sea kayaking and beach yoga.
An experience guests returned for
Across twelve years of collaboration, the operation served approximately 1,500 guests per season with up to 12 staff. Turnover grew through the 2019 season, before the disruption caused by COVID-19.
The Surf Salad team estimates that 100–120 guests per season returned to the resort specifically for its activities. This connects the adventure offer with repeat resort visits, beyond participation in a single activity.
